2018 Napa Valley Pinot Grigio

2019 Russian River Valley Chardonnay
In the glass of the RRV CHARDONNAY it begins with gardenia floral notes and silky texture. It’s full-bodied and you’ll enjoy the layers of green apple flavors with a hint of minerality that is common from the Russian River terroir, the ripe apricot and citrus nectarine dance on your tongue, and you can taste the aging from the oak barrels with butterscotch notes. The rich and creamy finish lingers; reminiscent of a homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Our Napa Valley Red Blend captivates all of your senses, with the exuberant aromas and ruby red color. The first sip captures bright fruits as it touches your palate, following through with soft tannins, and velvety texture, with a luscious finish. This bright and beautifully balanced wine exhibits vibrant flavors of cherry, raspberry, blueberry, star anise, cinnamon, accented by undertones of moist earth, with a hint of pepper spice, compliments of the petit Verdot, adding to depth and complexity. The blend is Cabernet Sauvignon 50% Napa Valley AVA,10% Coombsville AVA, Merlot 20% Napa Valley AVA, Petite Verdot 10% Napa Valley AVA, Cab Franc 5% Napa Valley AVA, Cinsault 5% Sonoma Mountain.

Sonoma Valley Syrah
75% 2017 Syrah and 25% 2018 Malbec. A mix of berry pie and a touch of savory tobacco go hand-in-hand in the aroma of this wine. It is broad and soft on the palate. While the soft tannins add texture and a bit of heart to the fruity flavors. This wine has a long finish, ending in a warm vanilla spice and a touch of oak.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon represents a high elevation and unique terroir of this region, with the mountain rocks and volcanic soil, the rustic elegance also exemplifies the family journey of our 3 generations. You will enjoy the floral aromas and taste the layers of black cherry, anise, cassis, blackberry, accented by nutmeg and dark chocolate, that also exhibit a subtle earthiness, spiced with leather tobacco integrated from aging in the barrel, which come together to demonstrate an opulent and well-balanced wine which supports the full-bodied and rich texture, with a smooth lingering finish. The beautiful texture is the result of 2/3 partial malolactic fermentation that took place in the barrel and finished up during the aging process, which will continue to further develop in the bottle. Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 85% Atlas Peak AVA and 15% Stags Leap AVA

Our PFW Napa Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from an Olive Grove located at the Rector Reservoir Wildlife Area Trailhead. The Olive trees are over 20 years old and produce traditional Tuscan varietals Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino that are famous for producing exceptional Olive oil. We hand pressed, bottled, and labeled. We combine olives from early and late harvests to capture the true essence and rich flavors that result in a delicious and complex blend.
Bring with you on a picnic, enjoy it as an afternoon snack or when hosting a special occasion. The artisan crafted blend will be enriched with focaccia or sourdough bread, alongside a charcuterie board with genoa salami and drizzle over a caprese salad.
